Brian Golson is a Managing Partner at Parthenon Capital Partners, the head of the firm's San Francisco office and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. He serves on several corporate boards including Performant Financial Corporation, Ascension, loanDepot, Seaside National Bank & Trust and H.D. Vest.
Brian is involved with the Marin Theatre Company and is actively engaged in development and scholarship efforts for the University of North Carolina.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Cayan, Henry Helgeson is the company’s visionary and driving force of product and technology innovation. Amidst several other firsts, Henry drove the design and launch of Genius®, the company’s industry leading payment technology platform.
Henry is involved in numerous industry associations. He is an active member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), serving on their Mobile Payments Committee and he has been named to the Boston Business Journal’s (BBJ’s) “40 under 40” list.
Jack Lavin is the co-founder, chairman and Managing Director of Javlin Capital, a private investment firm specializing in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry. Prior to Javlin, he served as Executive Vice President of Sallie Mae and CEO of its 4,000-employee Asset Performance Group (APG) division.
In addition to Cayan, Jack serves on the Board of the OSA Foundation. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Thunderbird’s Center for Global Entrepreneurship as well as an Advisory Board member of Parthenon Capital and on the MicroVest Advisory Council.
Zach Sadek is a Principal in Parthenon Capital Partner’s Boston Office. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies with a focus in Business Services, Financial Services, Education and Route-Based Distribution.
In addition to Cayan, Zach serves or has served on the Board of Directors of eSecLending, Official Payments, IWP, Med-Tel International and Restaurant Technologies.
