In-House Account Executive

Job Description

Cayan offers an opportunity that rewards skilled sales professionals for their performance in a consistently successful and sound payment processing company.

We need more talented sales representatives to sell these products and services to the mass of customers who are calling us. The incoming calls are in response to the extensive marketing campaigns that have been growing consistently for the past 15 years. There will be NO COLD CALLING or traveling in this position.

Prior experience in the merchant processing industry is not required. We have an extensive, ongoing training program. Although your daily responsibilities are highly independent, you will be part of a tightly-knit team working hard to achieve company goals. Our ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, with superior communication and sales skills.

Key Requirements

  •  At least 1 year of experience in a sales atmosphere
  •  Willingness to respond to and follow-up with incoming leads
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
  •  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
  •  Attendance at ongoing training and strategizing meetings
  •  Fulfillment of any other task designated by management

Compensation

This is a base plus commission position. First year earnings up to $80,000. 2nd year earnings up to $100,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes: health and dental plans, life and disability insurance, plus paid vacation and a matching 401(k) plan.
