Job Description

The Digital Marketing group at Cayan, responsible for all online lead generation, has a need for a strong Marketing Automation Manager with outbound demand generation and lead nurturing expertise to feed customer acquisition funnels.
 
Qualified candidates are well versed in marketing automation best practices and have a proven track record of managing outbound marketing to achieve lead generation goals through work flow creation strategies, trigger activities, focused list selection and segmentation, email and landing page development and testing, account based marketing, campaign tracking, and results reporting to maximize the strength and effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
 
This role will analyze program metrics for improved results and future planning, build solid relationships with cross-functional teams and play a critical part in customer outreach and crisis communication activities across the company. It also requires strong hands-on experience in day-to-day email execution and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement email and online outreach to the company’s customer base and prospects in all channels utilizing Marketo and Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Develop email and landing page content and message conversion testing.
  • Understand B2B merchant and partner channel target audiences and apply knowledge of each to their respective e-marketing segmentation and execution.
  • Regularly schedule and launch outbound activities including email trigger programs and nurture campaigns and set scoring of marketing qualified and sales qualified leads.
  • Monitor integration and implement lead flow between marketing automation and CRM platforms and sales and queues.
  • Manage and execute all campaign tracking and A/B testing.
  • Establish metrics to analyze and monitor results and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Maintain the promotion calendar for all marketing automation activities.
  • Execute targeted list selection, segmentation and data management.
  • Coordinate and execute customer business and crisis communications across the company.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience: 5-8 years of B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience working with Marketo and Salesforce CRM is mandatory
  • Web and Email design acumen a strong plus (html5, JavaScript, Adobe CS)
  • Experience with payments or financial industries (beneficial but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet goals
  • Strong analytics acumen (Advanced Excel, v-look-ups and other data manipulation skills)
