VP, Partner Relationship Management

Job Description

This senior role will be responsible for managing and driving business through our Partners.  The ultimate responsibility is to lead the team to drive business with our ISV (Integrated Software Vendors i.e. POS developers) Partners via their direct sales force and their VAR channels once the Business Development Directors sign deal with the ISV.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Partner Development Team to perform the following:
    • P&L responsibility for Cayan’s ISV Client Portfolio
    • Grow existing partnerships to ensure we are maximizing each account opportunity
    • Focus on conversions, promotions, Relationship Management & Partner/VAR satisfaction
    • Ensure that our key accounts are satisfied and we are strategically aligned
    • Mentor and develop the team

Key Requirements:

  • Prefer to work out of Boston Office and reside in Boston area.  Will consider other Highly Qualified Candidates
  • 5+ years of channel sales or channel management experience
  • Proven ability to lead a team of 7+ people
  • Proven track record in developing business and building long-term client relationships
  • Sales & Marketing Experience with POS Developers, ISV’s or VAR’s 
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency while executing strategically.  Possesses appropriate business discipline to facilitate quick and fact-based decisions and ensures accountability for execution.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality
  • An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills
