Adam and I are very happy with our decision, and we're looking forward to working with your company as we delve into this new business venture. The reason why I'm writing is because I'd like to share with you our experiences of working with Account Executive Julia Miller. On December 30, 2009, I called Merchant Warehouse for the first time, and was connected to Julia. Prior to calling, I spent an entire week researching a number of merchant account companies' websites. Based on what I had seen and read, I had narrowed my selection down to six companies. Six phone calls later, all I could tell Adam was, 'No one comes close to Merchant Warehouse. If we don't go with them, I'll have to start my research process all over again and find a new set of companies to consider.' From the start, Julia was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Unlike the other companies that I called, Julia politely proceeded to share service information rather than respond only to the questions that I had. She also presented the information in a manner that was very easy to understand, not rushed, and not peppered with typical sales tactics. I particularly appreciated the fact that she paused frequently because it gave me time to ask questions about what she had just shared, which made it easier for me to understand and grasp the information. At the end, she gave me the opportunity to go over my questions that had not been answered yet, and she patiently responded to each of them. When I hung up the phone, I remember saying to myself, 'Wow, she just spent 40 minutes with me, and I didn't even feel rushed.' Plus, when she took my basic information, she did a great job of making small business talk, which eased the process of what could've been perceived as intimidating, especially for someone who has never done this before. Over the past few weeks, because of my work schedule, Adam took over and began working with Julia. After the first phone call, he, too said that he really liked her and that she spent a good amount of time on the phone with him. He had the same experience of asking a number of questions which resulted in her responding very patiently and professionally. By the time their call ended, he was comfortable with how Merchant Warehouse worked and what it had to offer. He, too was sold. Working with an account executive who is well informed and, yet, is comfortable asking for help in order to provide us with correct answers, is very reassuring. Working with Julia has been a refreshing experience, and we appreciate the time, assistance, patience, and professionalism she has given us throughout the entire process thus far. At a time when customer service seems to be lacking everywhere we go, it's nice to know that we were able to find a company (and an employee) that values their customers and treats them with the utmost care and professionalism. “I have done about 2,000 credit card transactions for my company's DJ services... From the get-go, it was a mess with our previous processor. He told me to call or e-mail any time there was a problem. When I was having trouble programming my terminal to batch, I called the Terminal Support number on the side of my machine with trembling fingers.... Usually this took my previous processor anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours, and sometimes they would just leave me on hold for so long that I hung up. Not with Merchant Warehouse.... The Tech Support person knew so much about my terminal and fixed every problem right away. Amazing... Beyond my comprehension... World class. All in all, I wish I had found your company years ago.
