Cayan has been selected as a Best Channel Vendor for 2016  by Business Solutions Magazine subscribers. The annual distinction is awarded to vendor partners that score the highest ratings in BSM’s web-based survey of VAR, MSP and ISV subscribers.
From mid-September to early October, just over 5,400 BSM subscribers cast votes in the Best Channel Vendor survey, rating their vendor partners on a scale of 0 (worst) to 5 (best) in 7 categories — Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation and Adequate VAR Margins. In partnership with Penn State University, BSM compiled an overall score for each vendor, awarding the Best Channel Vendor distinction to the top 5 percent in each technology category.

This year, Cayan has been named one of the top vendors in payment processing, scoring over 4 points in each of BSM’s 7 categories, which takes everything from customer service to product functionality into consideration.
