Cayan today announced that Michael Gavin, the company's Senior Vice President of Sales, has moved into a new role – Senior Vice President of Operations. The Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee the strategic vision, day-to-day support and relationship management functions for Cayan's growing partner and agent networks.

In addition to supporting integrated partners, value-added resellers and sales agents, the SVP of Operations is responsible for leading and expanding the support and integrated programs aiding channel development and overall business growth.

"Michael's knowledge, skillset and leadership makes him perfectly suited to take on this role," said Henry Helgeson, CEO, Cayan. "Throughout the years, Michael has excelled within different leadership roles and has a tremendous track record of success, creating dynamic and results-driven enhancements at each position. Gavin has served as a key leader within the organization since joining the company in 2000. An individual who has made numerous key contributions, Gavin was the architect behind the design and development of the company's agent channel and, most recently, oversaw all agent recruitment and B2B sales initiatives. With over 16 years of proven leadership in sales and support management roles, Gavin was recently appointed as a member of Better Business Bureau's Board of Directors (Eastern New England network).
