Cayan wins 2015 Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service

Boston, MA – March 4, 2015 – Payment technologies leader Cayan™ today announced that the company was presented with a Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The award recognizes the achievements of Cayan’s client services team from July 2013 through December 2014.

Over the past year and a half, the client service team at Cayan improved customer service by using data to predict merchants’ calls, by setting up a call reduction committee, and by instituting new measures to prevent the need for repeat calls. As a result, the team saw a more streamlined and customer-oriented experience for merchants and a significant increase in customer retention since last year.

Later, the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements were determined in final judging by members of seven specialized committees.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 27 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.  More than 500 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.
