Meet Gregg Capone: Operations Management and Client Services Executive

March 16, 2015 -- Boston, MA -- We’re growing rapidly over here at Cayan, and part of that growth includes beefing up our continued drive to deliver the best possible solutions and experiences for our customers. To that end, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve just hired Gregg Capone as SVP Professional Services and Customer Experience.

Gregg comes to Cayan with a 20-year record at client-focused product and professional services companies - leading teams and organizations with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.

Most recently, he served as the Managing Director of Services for ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte. There, he owned client services for the organization serving leading healthcare and life sciences organizations that were committed to answering the “hard questions” in health care–what works, for whom, why, in what context, and at what cost.

Prior to that, Gregg served as Senior Director of Account Management at NaviNet.

At Cayan, Gregg will be leading the professional services team and enabling Cayan’s focus on customer experience to ensure Cayan’s clients achieve their payment possibilities potential. Hires like Gregg reflect Cayan’s bold vision and commitment to continued innovation in this space.
